The Once Open Filter Press is ingeniously designed with an extended cylinder and beam configuration. It employs a stainless steel chain (or a slide) to seamlessly connect each filter plate. This innovative mechanism allows all filter plates to open simultaneously as the pressing plate withdraws, enhancing operational efficiency. Furthermore, the integration of a vibration device ensures rapid unloading and automatic discharge of materials, making it a top choice for streamlined operations.

Advantages: This cutting-edge equipment boasts high efficiency and is designed to save labor significantly, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational ease.

Disadvantages: Optimally suited for setups with a limited number of filter plates, it is recommended that no more than 30 plates are used to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.
