Typically, the delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 working days after deposit. However, for larger equipment or specific customer requirements, the delivery schedule may be extended to accommodate.

Our standard payment terms involve a T/T transaction, with an initial deposit required before production commences, followed by the balance payment upon successful inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our products come with a one-year warranty for normal usage, along with lifelong online service support. Please note that wearing parts and issues caused by incorrect operation are not covered.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We provide comprehensive after-sale services, including foundation drawings for installation, detailed installation videos, and online guidance. Should you require on-site assistance, we can arrange for our experienced technicians to be deployed at your convenience.
