PA/PE micropore filter is used for filter solid from the fluid. The principle is: under the pressure, the solid-liquid or solid-air mixture will go through the micropore medium (filter tubes), then the solid will be blocked on the medium, so that realize separation. Our PA/PE micropore filter is a advanced and perfect equipment for separation. According to the process capacity, the filter area can be from 5 s.q.m. to 200 s.q.m., so that meet various demands.

Main Structure and Principle
The medium of PA/PE micropore filter is the sintered tube. After pretreatment, the wastewater (waste gas) goes through the medium to remove the solid that bigger than 0.3 , thus realize the filtering effect. After filtering finished, the solid will be conveniently discharged by the air at the bottom, then lift the tubes. The filter is inclosed, so it's safe and no air leakage. The seals are specially designed in order to fast and efficiently close the discharging port. And the cap no need use lift device to open, so it's easy to clean and maintain.
 

Applications
It's widely used for wastewater, waste gas in folowing inaustries: medicines, chemical, food, light industry, textle, metallurgy etc., and decoloration (active carbon). It's a idea equipment to replace some traditional filtering machines.
• High filtering efficient. For liquid filtering, use PE/PA tube (special macromolecule) as medium and the filtering precision can be 0.1 . For air filtering, the precision can be 0.3 , the separation efficient can be 99% High efficient to discharge cakes. It use the back wash (via air/water) method to regenerate the tubes conveniently.
Best corrosion resistant performance. It can resist various acid, alkali, salts, organic solvent (under 70 °C). And it is nontoxic, flavorless, so it's suitable for following industries: medicines, food, chemical, water treatment, oilfield flooding etc
• Temperature Performance: for PE tube, ≤80°C; for PA tube, ≤ 100°C; for PAC tube, ≤ 120°C

Our factory covers area over 570,000m² and produces machines 9500 sets per year.

Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Normally 15-30 working days after deposit. But when the equipment is big and the customers have spe-cial requirement on the equipment, the delivery could be extended.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Normally by T/T. Deposit first before the production after order is confirmed, and then balance payment after inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
One year for normal use, and lifelong on-line service. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for installation. Besides, we will provide installation video and online guidance. If client need our workers to the site, can be agreed according to your needs.
