Typically, our delivery timeframe ranges from 15 to 30 working days post-deposit. However, for large-scale equipment or specific customer requirements, the delivery period may be extended.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Our standard payment method is via T/T. A deposit is required before commencing production upon order confirmation, followed by the balance payment after a thorough inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our products come with a one-year warranty for regular use, complemented by a lifetime of online service support. Please note, wear-and-tear parts and issues caused by improper operation are excluded.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We provide clients with detailed foundation drawings for installation, backed by comprehensive installation videos and online guidance. If onsite assistance is required, we are amenable to sending our team to meet your needs.
