Our standard payment terms are by T/T. A deposit is required prior to production after order confirmation, with the balance payment due post-inspection, ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our products come with a one-year warranty for normal use, accompanied by a lifetime online service. Please note, this does not cover wear and tear parts or issues caused by operator error.
