Typically, delivery is within 15-30 working days post-deposit. For larger equipment or specific customer requirements, delivery timelines may extend accordingly.

Our standard payment terms are via T/T. A deposit is required prior to production confirmation, with the balance due post-inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty for normal usage, complemented by lifelong online service. Note that wearing parts and issues arising from operational errors are excluded.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We provide clients with foundation drawings for installation, along with installation videos and online support. On-site worker assistance is available upon request, tailored to your needs.

Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
Yes, we manufacture wearing parts for our equipment. For non-company equipment, please supply the wearing parts drawing for production.
