Our expansive factory covers an area exceeding 570,000 square meters² and has the impressive capacity to produce 9,500 machines annually.

Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Typically, it takes 15-30 working days post-deposit. However, for larger equipment and special customer requirements, delivery times may be extended.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Payment is generally processed via T/T. A deposit is required prior to production, following order confirmation, with the balance payable after final inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
A standard warranty period of one year for regular use is provided, along with lifelong online support. Please note that wearing parts and issues caused by improper operation are excluded.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We offer foundation drawings to assist with installation and provide installation videos and online guidance. Should there be a need for on-site assistance, arrangements can be made to accommodate your requirements.

Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
We manufacture wearing parts for our products. For non-company manufactured equipment, please supply the relevant wearing parts drawings.
