Our standard payment terms are T/T, with an initial deposit required before production begins upon order confirmation, followed by the balance payment post-inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our products come with a one-year warranty for normal use, complemented by lifelong online service. Please note that wearing parts and issues arising from incorrect operation by workers are not covered under warranty.
