Our standard payment terms involve a T/T arrangement. An initial deposit is required prior to production upon order confirmation, with the balance due post-inspection.
Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our products come with a one-year warranty for standard use, alongside lifelong online support services. Please note that wearing parts and issues arising from operator errors are not covered.
Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We offer comprehensive after-sales support, providing foundation drawings for installation, coupled with installation videos and online guidance. Should on-site assistance be required, we can arrange for our technicians to be present as per your specific needs.
