Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Typically, delivery takes 15-30 working days post-deposit. However, for larger equipment or custom specifications, delivery durations may extend to accommodate.
Q4. What are the payment terms?
Our standard terms are via T/T. A deposit is required prior to production, post-order confirmation, followed by balance payment after thorough inspection.
Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our warranty covers one year of normal use, with lifelong online service support. Note that wearing parts and issues arising from incorrect operation are not covered.
Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We offer comprehensive after-sales support, including foundation drawings for installation, instructional videos, and online guidance. On-site assistance by our technicians is available upon request, customized to your specific needs.
Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
We manufacture top-quality wearing parts for our equipment users. For non-Dazhang equipment, simply provide the necessary parts drawings for customization.
