Our payment terms generally involve T/T transactions, starting with a deposit to kickstart production, followed by a balance payment upon thorough inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
We offer a comprehensive one-year warranty for standard use, supplemented by lifelong online service. Note that wearable parts and issues due to operator error are excluded.

We provide clients with foundation drawings for seamless installation, supplemented by detailed installation videos and online support. On-site assistance by our skilled technicians is available upon request, tailored to your specific needs.
