Work Principle
The cast iron pressure filter operates by introducing the target liquid between meticulously crafted filter plates and cloths. Under applied pressure, liquids pass through the filter cloth while solid particles are meticulously trapped, forming a filter cake. Upon completion of filtration, mechanical unloading of the filter cake is seamlessly conducted.

Our factory spans a remarkable area exceeding 570,000 square meters,² and boasts a production capacity of 9,500 sets of machines annually.

Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Typically, delivery is within 15-30 working days post-deposit. Should the machinery be substantial or require bespoke specifications, delivery time may be extended to accommodate these needs.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Our preferred method is T/T. A deposit is required prior to production upon order confirmation, with the balance due after thorough inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty under normal usage conditions, coupled with lifelong online service support. Please note, wearing parts and issues arising from operator error are not covered.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We provide clients with foundation drawings for installation, alongside instructional videos and real-time online support. Should on-site assistance be required, arrangements can be tailored to meet specific needs.

Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
Yes, we manufacture wearing parts for our equipment. For parts of non-Dazhang equipment, we require detailed drawings to fulfill your request.
