Titanium rod filter cartridge uses industrial high purified titanium powder (99.6% titanium alloy 0.4% Nitrogen, hydrogen, iron, manganese etc.) as the material. The powder is ariddled and pressecto form the rod, further it will be sintered under high temperature and high vacuum situation, then theporous titanium rod filter cartridge is produced. lt's filtering precision range is 0.2-100 um . The connection port includes flat type, plug type (222 model, 226 model, 227 model), screw type etc, andthe screw type is most common. Model of the cartridge include 5 inches, 10 inches, 20 inches, 30inches and 40 inches. lt's mainly used in following industries: petroleum chemicals, liquid medicinefood, chemicals, water treatment and gas cleaning etc., to further purify the water with lowelsuspended impurities(s 2-5 mg/l).
