Typically, delivery is within 15-30 working days after the deposit is received. For larger equipment or when custom specifications are required, delivery times may be extended to accommodate special requirements.
Q4. What are the payment terms?
Our standard payment terms involve T/T: a deposit is required prior to production once the order is confirmed, followed by the balance payment upon successful inspection.
Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our warranty covers one year under normal use conditions, with lifelong online service. Note that wearing parts and issues stemming from improper operation are excluded from the warranty.
Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We are committed to supporting our clients with comprehensive installation guidance, including foundation drawings, installation videos, and online assistance. On-site support is available upon request to ensure seamless integration of our products.
