        Dazhang's stainless steel Filter Press is a premium and durable filter press designed for efficient liquid separation. Made of stainless steel, it ensures good durability and is suitable for various liquid separation applications,such as liquid medicine, plasma, beverage, juice, syrup, vinegar, oil, fine chemicals, electroplating water industries.   
        Dazhang's stainless steel plate frame fine filter is made of high-quality 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304 or 306 stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance for tough working conditions, especially in chemical industries with corrosive substances. The filter plates have a unique thread-like structure for even liquid distribution and larger contact area with filter media like microporous membranes, filter paper or cloth, suitable for different needs such as pharmaceutical or food industry filtration. Seals made of silica gel or fluorine rubber resist acids and alkalis, preventing leaks under high temperature or pressure.

Q2. How about the production capacity of your company?
Our factory covers area over 570,000 m² and produces machines 9500 sets per year.

Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Normally 15-30 working days after deposit. But when the equipment is big and the customers have spe-cial requirement on the equipment, the delivery could be extended.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Normally by T/T. Deposit first before the production after order is confirmed, and then balance payment after inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
One year for normal use, and lifelong on-line service. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for installation. Besides, we will provide installation video and online guidance. If client need our workers to the site, can be agreed according to your needs.

Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
We can produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company,please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
