Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk orders?
Typically, delivery is within 15-30 working days post-deposit. However, for larger equipment or custom requirements, the timeline may be extended to ensure precision and quality.
Q4. What are the payment terms?
Our standard payment terms involve a T/T transaction. A deposit is required before production begins, with the balance payable after a thorough inspection ensures satisfaction.
Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty under normal usage conditions, complemented by lifelong online service support. Please note that wear and tear or issues due to improper operation are not covered.
Q6. What's the after-sale service of your company?
Our comprehensive after-sale service includes providing a foundation drawing for installation, accompanied by a detailed installation video and online support. On-site assistance by our skilled workers can be arranged as per your specific requirements.
Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
We manufacture quality wearing parts for our valued clients. For equipment not produced by us, please supply the necessary wearing parts drawings.
