Industrial Belt Thickener for Efficient Slurry Management Solutions

        DaZhang sludge dewatering machine adopts a specially designed large-diameter arc dewatering technology in the transitional dewatering zone. By gradually increasing the pressure on the filter belt, it effectively prevents sludge leakage and significantly improves the processing capacity, with a sludge inlet moisture content of 98% - 99% and a sludge outlet moisture content of 92% - 96%. Equipped with self-cleaning spray nozzles, it saves approximately 30% of rinse water, while the self-developed sludge scraping baffle ensures even material distribution and reduces flocculant dosage by about 20%. The compact frame with S-shaped guide rollers reduces the machine's volume and enhances dewatering efficiency, and the "dummy roller" device stabilizes pre-press dewatering to further prevent sludge leakage. The thickener features a simple structure, stable operation, and a low failure rate, and the selection of special filter mesh achieves significant pre-dewatering effects.

Our factory covers area over 570,000 m² and produces machines 9500 sets per year.

Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Normally 15-30 working days after deposit. But when the equipment is big and the customers have spe-cial requirement on the equipment, the delivery could be extended.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Normally by T/T. Deposit first before the production after order is confirmed, and then balance payment after inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
One year for normal use, and lifelong on-line service. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for installation. Besides, we will provide installation video and online guidance. If client need our workers to the site, can be agreed according to your needs.

We can produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company,please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
