Typically, delivery spans 15-30 working days post-deposit. However, for larger equipment and unique specifications, the timeline may be extended to accommodate customer requirements.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Payment is conventionally processed via T/T. An initial deposit is required before production post-order confirmation, followed by the balance payment upon successful inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our products come with a one-year warranty for standard use, complemented by lifelong online service. Note, wearing parts and issues due to improper handling are not covered.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We will supply clients with essential foundation drawings for installation. Additionally, installation videos and online assistance are available. On-site assistance by our skilled workers can be arranged to suit your needs.
