Payments are generally made via T/T. A deposit is required before production commences, following order confirmation, and the balance is settled post-inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our products come with a one-year warranty under normal usage conditions, along with lifelong online service. Please note that the warranty excludes wear parts and damages caused by incorrect operation.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We provide comprehensive foundation drawings for installation, complemented by informative installation videos and expert online guidance. Should there be a need for our specialists to assist on-site, we can accommodate such requests based on your specific needs.
