Typically, our delivery timeline spans 15-30 working days post-deposit. However, for large-scale equipment or bespoke customer specifications, timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

Our standard payment terms operate via T/T. We require an initial deposit to commence production upon order confirmation, followed by a balance payment post-inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
We offer a comprehensive one-year warranty for standard use with lifelong online support. Please note, wearing parts and issues arising from incorrect operation are not covered.
