Our payment terms are straightforward: a deposit is required before production upon order confirmation, with the balance due post-inspection, typically settled via T/T.
Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty for standard use, accompanied by lifelong online service support. Note that wear and tear or damage resulting from operator error are not covered under warranty.
