Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Our standard delivery time is between 15 to 30 working days post-deposit. However, for larger equipment or bespoke requirements, this timeframe may be extended to accommodate specific needs.
Q4. What are the payment terms?
Typically, we operate on a T/T basis. A deposit is required before production begins, followed by the balance payment post-inspection to ensure satisfaction.
Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty for normal usage, alongside lifelong online support. Please note that wear and tear or issues caused by improper use are not covered.
Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We provide comprehensive support, including installation foundation drawings, video tutorials, and online guidance. If onsite assistance is needed, our team can visit your location according to your requirements.
Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
Yes, we manufacture wearing parts for our equipment. For parts not produced by us, simply provide the corresponding drawings, and we will assist you accordingly.
