Product Description

Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
We're an experienced manufacturer located in Shanghai.

Q2. How about the production capacity of your company?
Our factory covers area over 570,000m² and produces machines 9500 sets per year.

Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Normally 15-30 working days after deposit. But when the equipment is big and the customers have spe-cial requirement on the equipment, the delivery could be extended.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Normally by T/T. Deposit first before the production after order is confirmed, and then balance payment after inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
One year for normal use, and lifelong on-line service. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for installation. Besides, we will provide installation video and online guidance. If client need our workers to the site, can be agreed according to your needs.

Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
We can produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company,please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
