Our standard payment terms involve a T/T system. An initial deposit is required prior to production upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due post-inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
We provide a comprehensive one-year warranty for standard use, complemented by lifelong online support. Note that wearing parts and issues arising from operator error are not covered.

We offer precise foundation drawings for client installations, supported by detailed installation videos and real-time online assistance. On-site worker support is available upon request to meet your specific needs.
