Our standard payment method is via T/T. A deposit initiates production once the order is confirmed, followed by a balance payment upon successful inspection.

The warranty period extends to one year under normal use, with lifelong online service available. However, this excludes wearing parts and issues arising from operator error.
Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We provide clients with foundation drawings for seamless installation, along with installation videos and real-time online guidance. Should on-site assistance be required, we can accommodate based on client needs.
Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
Yes, we manufacture wearing parts for our valued clients. For equipment not produced by us, please supply the necessary wearing parts drawings for customized solutions.
