The Dazhang High-Stiffness Belt Filter Series, integrating advanced Austrian technology, stands out with its robust structural stiffness that ensures smooth operation and ultra-low noise, making it ideal for various industrial environments. Beyond its stable performance, it's equipped with advanced concentration pretreatment equipment that delivers exceptional sludge flocculation effects while keeping operational costs low. The gravity dewatering zone features a state-of-the-art distributor, ensuring uniform material distribution to significantly extend filter belt lifespan, while its extended gravity and wedge-shaped dewatering zones enable thorough material dehydration, preventing overflow in the pressing area. The scientifically arranged roller system separates and discharges water from gravity, wedge-shaped, and pressing dehydration stages without interference, and the large diameter ratio of pressing rollers enhances dewatering efficiency, boosting productivity and energy savings. From feeding to cake discharge, the series operates continuously with high automation, offering optional PLC interfaces for centralized computer control, and its power transmission uses mechanical or variable frequency stepless speed regulation for wide adaptability. Equipped with reliable backwashing devices, it maintains optimal filter belt performance, while pneumatic tensioning and automatic deviation correction protect the belt during operation. Safety is prioritized with infrared protection and comprehensive emergency stop devices, and it supports customization with different filter belt specifications for high filtration precision, along with optional drum or belt thickeners based on feed concentration.

Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
We're an experienced manufacturer located in Shanghai.

Q2. How about the production capacity of your company?
Our factory covers area over 570,000 m² and produces machines 9500 sets per year.

Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Normally 15-30 working days after deposit. But when the equipment is big and the customers have spe-cial requirement on the equipment, the delivery could be extended.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Normally by T/T. Deposit first before the production after order is confirmed, and then balance payment after inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
One year for normal use, and lifelong on-line service. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for installation. Besides, we will provide installation video and online guidance. If client need our workers to the site, can be agreed according to your needs.

Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
We can produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company,please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
