Typically, our delivery timeframe ranges from 15 to 30 working days post-deposit. For oversized equipment or special customer requirements, delivery may be extended.

Our standard payment terms are T/T. We require a deposit prior to production following order confirmation, with the balance due post-inspection.
Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our products come with a one-year warranty under standard usage conditions, accompanied by lifelong online service. Please note, wear and tear, as well as issues arising from operator error, are excluded.
Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We offer comprehensive after-sales support, including foundation drawings for installation, instructional videos, and real-time online guidance. On-site assistance by our personnel is available upon request.
Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
We can manufacture wearing parts for our equipment. For machinery not produced by us, please provide detailed drawings of the required parts.
