Dazhang's cast iron plate and frame filter press, precision-cast from high-quality cast iron/ductile iron, features strong filter plates for high-pressure filtration and long life, suitable for high-temperature materials. It works by pressing filter plates to pump suspensions into chambers for solid-liquid separation via filter cloth, with filter cake moisture at 10%-50%. Widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, ceramics, wastewater treatment, etc., its components are processed via auto-cutting, welding, quenching, and anti-corrosion sandblasting for durability.
