Typically, delivery is within 15-30 working days post-deposit. However, for large-scale equipment or specialized customer requirements, delivery timelines may be extended to ensure precision and customization.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are via T/T, with an initial deposit required before production commences upon order confirmation, followed by the balance payment post-inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
We extend a one-year warranty for normal usage, complemented by lifelong online service. Note that wearing parts and issues resulting from improper operation are excluded.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
Our post-sale services are comprehensive and tailored to your needs. We provide clients with detailed foundation drawings for installation, supplemented by installation videos and online guidance. Should clients require on-site assistance, we can accommodate these needs accordingly.

Yes, we manufacture wearing parts for our valued clients. For equipment not produced by us, simply provide the wearing parts drawing for accurate production.
