Our standard payment terms are via T/T. A deposit is required to initiate production following order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable post-inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty for regular use, complemented by lifelong online service. Note that wearing parts and issues arising from improper operation are not covered.
