Low Pressure Large Flow PP Bag Type Liquid Pre-Filter

The PP Bag Filter is constructed entirely from polypropylene, delivering excellent chemical resistance against various acids and alkalis. Its working principle involves liquid entering the housing through side or bottom inlets, flowing through filter bags that expand under liquid impact and pressure for uniform filtration, then discharging via the bottom outlet after passing through the support basket. Boasting a simple structure, easy operation, high flow capacity and reliable sealing, it features convenient filter bag replacement, minimal material loss, low side leakage risk and precise filtration accuracy. With sandblasted, polished smooth surfaces for easy cleaning, it fits low-pressure, high-flow pre-filtration scenarios, compatible with PP, PE, PTFE and stainless steel filter bags. Designed with 0.3–0.4 MPa pressure rating, 60°C temperature limit, 2–8 bags (1.0–4.0 m² area) and 0.5–500 μm accuracy, it is widely applied in chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
