Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Typically, orders are fulfilled within a 15-30 working day window post-deposit. However, for larger equipment or special requirements, delivery timelines may extend accordingly.
Q4. What are the payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T, with a deposit required prior to production following order confirmation, and the balance due post-inspection.
Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our products boast a one-year warranty under normal usage, with lifelong online service available. Note that wearing parts and issues arising from operator error are not covered.
Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We provide foundation drawings for installation and supplement with installation videos and online support. On-site assistance can be arranged to meet specific client needs.
Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
Yes, we manufacture wearing parts for our clients. If the equipment is not our make, please supply the necessary drawings for the parts required.
