Our standard payment terms involve an initial deposit via T/T, preceding production upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due post-inspection before final delivery.
Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty for normal use, complemented by lifelong online service support. Please note, wearing parts and issues resulting from incorrect operation are excluded.
Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We provide comprehensive support with foundation drawings for installation, supplemented by installation videos and online guidance. On-site assistance by our skilled professionals is available upon request and tailored to your specific needs.
