Our standard delivery timeframe is 15-30 working days post-deposit. However, for larger equipment or specific customer requirements, delivery timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

We generally accept T/T payments. A deposit is required to kickstart production upon order confirmation, followed by the balance payment after inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our products come with a one-year warranty under normal usage, complemented by lifelong online support. Please note that the warranty excludes wear and tear parts and issues arising from incorrect operation by personnel.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We extend comprehensive support post-purchase, including foundation drawings for installation, instructional videos, and online guidance. On-site assistance by our experts can be arranged as per your requirements.
