Cartridge filter (also named precision filter), the housing usually is made of stainless steel. The filter uses cartridge as the filtering medium. The cartridge can be: Melt Blow Cartridge/String Wound Cartridge/PP Folded Cartridge/ Nylon Membrane Cartridge/PES Cartridge/PTFE Cartridge . A different filtering element is selected according to different filtered material and the designed technology to reach the quality requirements. The filter precision range: 0.1 ~60 ; the model includes 10 inches, 20 inches, 30 inches and 40 inches; Connection ports: plug port (222 and 226) and flat port.

Working Principle
The liquid will be fed into the filter from the inlet, then go through the cartridge from external side to inner side, then
discharge from outlet. While the filtering, impurities will be trapped by the cartridge, so that realize filtering effect.

Titanium rod filter 316L SHC
The shell is made of 316L stainless steel, and the inner filter element is titanium filter tube.

Our factory covers area over 570,000m² and produces machines 9500 sets per year.

Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Normally 15-30 working days after deposit. But when the equipment is big and the customers have spe-cial requirement on the equipment, the delivery could be extended.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Normally by T/T. Deposit first before the production after order is confirmed, and then balance payment after inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
One year for normal use, and lifelong on-line service. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for installation. Besides, we will provide installation video and online guidance. If client need our workers to the site, can be agreed according to your needs.

Q7. Can your company provide wearing parts?
We can produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company,please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
