Working Principle
At the heart of its operation, the suspension is meticulously pumped into each expertly sealed filtration chamber. Harnessing the power of pressure, the filtrate gracefully flows through the filtering layer and filter membrane or alternative filtering materials, culminating in its discharge through the outlet. Meanwhile, the residue is skillfully transformed into a filter cake within the plate frame, effectively accomplishing the goal of solid-liquid separation with precision and efficiency.

The adaptable design enables users to adjust the number of layers according to the filtration volume, perfectly meeting production demands. Furthermore, the machine excels in producing filter cloth leak-proof plate frame filters. By sealing and filtering under pressure, it guarantees no loss of liquid material, ensures exceptional liquid clarity, and allows for the customization of multi-stage filtration devices to suit user needs. The innovative multi-stage design permits the initial use of coarser filtering materials, followed by finer materials, optimizing both time and filtration accuracy. All sealing components boast silicone (fluorine rubber) sealing rings, celebrated for their heat resistance, non-toxic nature, leak-proof qualities, and superior sealing performance. For enhanced convenience, the machine can also be equipped with an automatic return device, tailored to user preferences. When the pump ceases operation, simply open the return valve, and all sediment is automatically expelled (with an air exhaust function). Simultaneously, the machine can be back-washed with pristine water from the return pipe, ensuring unmatched ease of use.
