Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Standard delivery time is between 15-30 working days post-deposit. However, for larger equipment and specialized customer requirements, delivery times may be extended to ensure precision and quality.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are via T/T. An initial deposit is required to start production post-order confirmation, with the balance due upon inspection completion.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
Our products come with a one-year warranty under normal usage, complemented by lifetime online support. The warranty excludes wearing parts and issues arising from improper operation by workers.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
Clients receive detailed foundation drawings for installation, along with instructional installation videos and online support. If needed, our experts can also provide on-site assistance tailored to your requirements.
