Product Instruction
DZBL high efficiency inclosed leaf filter belongs to stainless steel woven mesh filter. It is the new generation filtration equipment that we developed referencing foreign technology. The filter has unique and compacted design, and high filtering efficiency. It does not consume the filter cloth, filter paper or filter cartridge, just uses a little filter aid, so the filtration cost is low. And the machine is easy to operate, maintain and clean. Manual discharging and auto discharging are available according to customer's requirement. The filter area ranges from m² to 200m² . The housing material can be carbon steel or stainless steel to meet clients' different needs.

Structure & Principle
The leaf filter consists of filter housing, filter screen, head lifting device and discharging device. According to the different filter materials it can customize various whole filtration system (Include the filter, mixing tank, feeding pump, pipes, valves, control system, etc.). The leaf is made of layers of stainless steel wire screens, then installed on the central filtrate collecting tube, so it's convenient to discharge and clean.
The material mixed with filter aids in the mixing tank first, then pumped it into the filter circularly to form a layer of filter cake. This process called the diatomite precoating and then begin to filter. The tiny filter aid particles can provide countless wispy channels to block the suspended solids, and only the clean liquid can go through. And while filtering, the new layers will be formed, and it will not cause block, thus realize filtering via filter cake layer. When filtering, if need decoloration, activated carbon might be needed. If filter the dirty liquid, such as squeezed crude oil, no need adding the filter aid.
 

Applications
The filter can be widely used for oil industry (such as crude oil, hydrogenated oil, winterized oil, etc), food industry (such as: activated carbon decoloration for granulated sugar and glucose, clarification filtering of liquor, juice, beverage, etc), chemical industry (such as: the crystal separation of petrochemical industry, inorganic chemical industry and organic chemical industry, separation of catalyzers, decoloration of chemical products), environmental protection industry (such as: using water from rivers and lakes, supernatant purification of sewage treatment plant, purification of water from swimming pool etc.

Our factory covers area over 570,000m² and produces machines 9500 sets per year.

Q3. How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Normally 15-30 working days after deposit. But when the equipment is big and the customers have spe-cial requirement on the equipment, the delivery could be extended.

Q4. What are the payment terms?
Normally by T/T. Deposit first before the production after order is confirmed, and then balance payment after inspection.

Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
One year for normal use, and lifelong on-line service. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.

Q6. What's the after sale service of your company?
We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for installation. Besides, we will provide installation video and online guidance. If client need our workers to the site, can be agreed according to your needs.
