Our standard payment terms are via T/T. We require a deposit prior to the commencement of production once the order is confirmed, with the balance payment due post-inspection.
Q5. How long is the product warranty period?
We provide a one-year warranty for standard usage, complemented by a lifetime of online service support. Please note, wear and tear parts and issues caused by operator error are not included.
